Brewing Methods
1. Pour-Over (Chemex or V60)
- Clean, bright, and layered
- 18-20g coffee per 10oz water
- Medium grind. Bloom for 30-45 seconds, then pour slowly in circles.
2. French Press
- Rich, smooth, and full-bodied
- 14-16g coffee per 7oz water
- Coarse grind. Steep for 4 minutes, press slowly, and serve immediately.
3. Espresso
- Concentrated, syrupy, and bold
- 18-20g coffee for a double shot
- Aim for 36-40g out in 25-30 seconds. Adjust grind to dial in the shot.
